It is said that everyone has talent, just passion is needed so that this skill can be improved and brought in front of everyone. What to say when the passion, ability and intelligence all three combine in the mind to do something!
There are many people who use their intelligence to make such inventions which are beyond our imagination. Arun Prabhu, who lives in Namakkal district of Tamil Nadu, has done something similar.
Arun is an architect by profession. The amazing home he has built of his dreams is no less than a wonder for everyone. Today everyone is praising this work of Arun.
Arun Prabhu, a 23-year-old youth from Chennai, was envisioning a house that could not only be visited but also lived in. He embodied this idea of his with his skill and converted his auto itself into a beautiful house.
This house has all the facilities they need. Wherever they go, they take that home with them. He has designed this house himself and named it ‘Solo 0.1’.
Arun’s mobile home is small but it has all the facilities that are available in a common man’s house. His house has one bedroom, a modular kitchen and also a bathroom.
This whole house is not built on an expensive plot, it is built on a three wheeler auto. You could only imagine it before seeing the pictures. Arun says that the inspiration for this mobile home was found in Chennai.
He completed his graduation in Chennai itself. During the year 2019, when he spent his time in the slums of Chennai and Mumbai, he realized that all the facilities are not available here.
At least Rs 4-5 lakh is spent on building a slum. Due to the need of the people and his idea, Arun came up with the idea of a mobile home built on three wheels and converted an auto rickshaw into a house.
Arun does not belong to a very educated family but he is the first person in his family to have completed his graduation. Everyone does business in Arun’s family.
Arun says that ‘everybody lives in filth in slums. There is no cleanliness here. Food is cooked and eaten in such an unhygienic environment. Seeing all this, I was thinking of this type of method.
He had an idea from the beginning that how to bring change in the lives of the slum dwellers. Most of the families in these small settlements are forced to live in a house of only 50-100 square feet. Due to the clean environment, the people here have health related problems.
When Arun was in Chennai, he saw K’s auto being converted into a house where people often spent the night in the auto itself. Seeing all this, he built a house on three wheels with his ability.
He also wants to patent his three-wheeler caravan. for which they have applied. Arun told that he has made the design of this house on the layout of 6×6.
Due to this, the special thing about the mobile home is that it meets the requirement of electricity through solar energy, because Arun has installed a 600-watt solar panel in it. Along with a water tank of 250 liters, plumbing for the kitchen and bathroom has also been done in it.
This house built on an auto also has a 70 liter container in which the garbage is stored. Then it is automatically emptied. Arun had to spend only Rs 1 lakh to build this three wheeler house.
For this, he has used mostly recycled items. Arun told that it took him 5 to 6 months to prepare this house.
